Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the ESKD care team. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients during dialysis, coordinate with RNs/LPNs and technicians, and help implement treatment plans.
The role involves education for patient and family, administration of prescribed medications, and participation in quality improvement.
