Job description
Encompass Health in Littleton, CO is seeking a Dialysis RN to provide specialized dialysis care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will manage dialysis treatments for acute and chronic patients and perform comprehensive assessments.
You will monitor hemodynamic status, ensure safe use of dialysis equipment, educate patients and families on disease management, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support recovery in a patient-centered culture.
