Job description
Concerto Renal Services in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our care-team in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will supervise dialysis care, deliver direct patient dialysis,Educate patients on renal health, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will lead a team of dialysis technicians, coordinate with physicians, monitor treatments, document interventions in the EMR, and participate in continuous quality improvement to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
