Job description
Concerto Renal Services, a leader in sub-acute hemodialysis within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, seeks a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. You will supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training, and work with the hemodialysis team to ensure quality patient care.
You will provide direct hemodialysis, monitor patient responses, collaborate with physicians, maintain EMRs, and support care plans while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
