Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Area Float RN for outpatient dialysis operations. The RN CAP 2 designation is a potential entry path into the Clinical Advancement Program, with responsibilities spanning assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will lead, educate, and coordinate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and PCTs to ensure safe dialysis therapy, quality improvement, and compliant practice.
