Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 2 in Atlanta, Georgia. This entry-level position in the Clinical Advancement Program involves providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience and is expected to work collaboratively within the healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes.
