09/29/2026 4801 Acorn Dr, Independence, Ohio, 44131, United States of America DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease at our Rockside Dialysis outpatient clinic in Independence, Ohio.
As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Some details about this position:
Operational Hours: MWF 4:30am - 7:30pm, TTHS 6:00am - 2:00pm
PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am
This clinic uses Fresenius Blue Stat 2018 T machines and has 16 chairs. M/W/F schedules 1 RN and 4 Dialysis Techs, T/Th/S 1 RN and 2 Dialysis Techs per shift
Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours/week during training
You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday

Reimbursement for your Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license

Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates other than your assigned home clinic
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
