Located in Decorah, Iowa, DECO manufactures precision components used in office furniture, window and door hardware, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, HVAC systems, electrical applications, and many other products used every day.Available Shifts2nd ShiftMonday-Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday Options: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM3rd Shift4-Day Work WeekMonday-Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AMMonday-Thursday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AMWhat You'll DoAs a Die Cast Machine Operator, you'll be an important part of the manufacturing process, producing precision zinc castings for customers across North America.Responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring zinc die cast machinesMaking machine adjustments and troubleshooting issuesSafely handling molten zinc and production materialsInspecting parts to ensure quality standards are metFollowing safety, quality, and production proceduresWorking with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teamsWhat We're Looking ForReliable attendance and strong work ethicAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be at least 18 years oldBuild Your Future at DECOWhether you're looking to start a manufacturing career or bring your experience to a company with a long history of success, DECO offers the training, stability, and opportunities to help you grow.
