Join us and become a part of a company that blends cutting-edge expertise with deep-rooted community values.Freshly printed: the role you have been looking for.As a die cutter operator, you will operate and maintain a Bobst die-cutting machine to transform printed sheets into finished high-quality products such as flyers, pocket folders, greeting cards, brochures, packaging materials, and catalogs. This process includes precision die-cutting, scoring, and perforating to ensure every project meets our quality standards. This exciting position allows you to showcase your machine operating experience, attention to detail, and craftsmanship while making a real impact on the products we deliver to our customers.From setup to finish: your role in the process.Follow job tickets and written instructions to ensure each project meets customer specificationsSet up and operate a Bobst die-cutting machine according to job ticket specificationsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production efficiencyPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot on cutting equipmentCollaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and quality standardsThe fine print: what you need to succeed.High school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of age to operate equipmentMust be quality-minded and pay attention to detailPreferred 3 years experience operating machinesAbility to read and interpret job tickets, die lines, and written instructionsMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsBasic math skills, measuring skills, and computer proficiencyAbility to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shiftWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime as neededYour production schedule.Day shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime availableAll the good stuff: your benefits.Company 401(k) plan with employer matchHealth, dental and vision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA) & flexible spending account (FSA)Voluntary benefits: short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurancePaid time off (PTO)9 paid holidays$1,000 employee referral bonusEmployee wellness program
