Job description
Offline Die CutterOperates offline die cutter machine to produce printed folding carton material per customer specs. Troubleshoots, monitors, and adjusts machine for pressure, register, and precision; performs make-ready tasks; clears jams; oversees technicians; ensures efficient loading/unloading. Minimum 3 years folding carton die cutting experience with blanking capability required. High school diploma/GED, basic computer/math skills, strong communication.Key DutiesRun die cutter, resolve defects, maintain speed/quality.Review output for accuracy; complete checklists; uphold ISO, cGMP, HACCP standards.Follow OHSE safety policies, use PPE, handle hazards properly.Communicate professionally, lead team, conduct meetings, provide training/feedback.Requirements CategoryDetailsEducation | High school diploma/GEDExperience | 3+ years offline die cutting (folding cartons, blanking)Skills | Interpersonal/communication, basic computer/mathPhysical | Stand/bend/lift 60+ lbs, manual dexterity, vision/color perception, shift rotation/overtimeOther | Flexible tasks per management Compensation: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
