Job description
GFL Environmental seeks a 2nd-Shift Mechanic to maintain and repair fleet vehicles and heavy equipment supporting waste management operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and brake systems, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation. You’ll document work, follow strict safety procedures, and collaborate with drivers and supervisors to prioritize repairs.
