Job description
GFL Environmental is seeking an Evening Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, and repair trucks and heavy equipment supporting waste and recycling operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems, complete brake and engine repairs, and ensure all work meets safety and environmental standards. Working evening shifts in our shop, you’ll document work orders, collaborate with drivers and operations staff, and help keep essential service fleets running reliably for the communities we serve.
