Diesel Mechanic, Heavy-Duty Shop TechnicianSuffern, NY 10901Apply Direct or Call the Hiring Manager for this Position!
Immediate Position available for full-time Heavy-Duty Shop Technician in our Suffern, NY repair facility. This position will share the responsibility for upkeep and maintenance on the fleet of over 800 trucks, tractors, trailers and dollies.
Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
Schedule: 7:30am start time Sunday Thursday
Wage Range: $25 - $35 Hourly
Plus: Yearly tool reimbursement, company provided uniforms and cleaning service, continuous vendor training.

Experience/exposure on Detroit or Cummins engines and related computer systems. Experience with trailer and lift gate repairs. Electrical systems diagnostic experience preferred. ABS Certification Expectations: Welding Experience, preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be safety oriented. Must have own tools. Must meet all DOT required pre-employment criteria as well as company mandated hair follicle drug test. Additional functions may be assigned at the discretion of management.
