Job description
GFL Environmental seeks a skilled Diesel Mechanic Level A to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment supporting waste and recycling operations. In this role, you’ll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and brake systems to keep vehicles safe, compliant, and road-ready. You’ll work in a safety-first, team-oriented shop, collaborate with drivers and supervisors, document work in maintenance systems, and support on-call or after-hours needs as required.
