Job description
I&S Inc. of NY is seeking a Shop Manager (Diesel / Heavy Equipment) to lead daily shop operations, supervise personnel, and ensure equipment readiness to support field operations. This hands-on leadership role requires strong supervision and a background as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic.
This position is not entry-level and requires prior experience in performing mechanical work and leading a team in a shop or field environment.
