Job description
****Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, based on technician level offered at time of hire.
nThe Technician I performs maintenance and repairs on class 8 equipment
nResponsibilities
nnPerform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level.
nInspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary
nEmployee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services.
n nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
nnOwn the tools required to perform the position responsibilities of this level excluding those provided by the company
nUnderstand, communicate, read, and write the English language
nAbility to Lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and 95 lbs. on a frequent basis to mount tires
n nEducation/Experience
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent
nValid driver’s license required
