Lew Thompson & Son Trucking is Now Urgently Hiring Diesel Technicians! Earn $20.00 - $32.00 per Hour* - Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus** Extra Incentive Pay Options - Comprehensive Benefits
Top Pay & Benefits:

Extra Incentive Pay Options Include:
* Lead: $2.00 per hour
* CDL-A: $2.00 per hour
* Foreman: $2.00 per hour
* Shift Differential Nights: $1.50 per hour
* Shift Differential Weekends: $2.00 per hour
* Mobile Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour
*Depending on experience and location
**Based on technician level offered at time of hire
Responsibilities:
* Perform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level
* Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary
* Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services

Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license required
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Own the tools required to perform the position responsibilities of this level excluding those provided by the company
* Understand, communicate, read, and write the English language
* Ability to Lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and 95 lbs. on a frequent basis to mount tires
