Diesel Technician And Heavy Truck MechanicGabrielli Truck Sales of PA is actively seeking diesel technicians and heavy truck mechanics to join the team at our fast-paced dealership in Coopersburg, PA. Our service team is responsible for Dealership Quality repairs on Kenworth chassis and electrical systems, Paccar and Cummins engine repair, overhaul and replacement, Eaton, Meritor and Allison transmission repair, overhaul and replacement.We have openings on both first and second shifts. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.Total Compensation: $45,000– $80,000 including base salary, OT and performance-based bonuses. Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and certifications.Responsibilities:Must be able to perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standardsAbility to use diagnostic tools for trouble shooting and problem solvingUse appropriate tools to disassemble, repair, maintain and service trucksDispose of oil, antifreeze, and other waste generated by repairsComplete work orders and additional documentation as requiredMaintain work area in a neat and orderly fashionMaintain a safe work environment in compliance with company safety policy.Requirements:Experience with diesel engines and heavy truck repairValid Driver's License (CDL preferred)Own set of toolsAvailability for a work week that may include SaturdaysPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 100lbs consistently.Must be able to step up onto and climb into trucksMust be able to climb a ladder with weight up to 25lbsMust be able to get in out from under trucks using a creeper (including lifting as much as 75lbs while lying on your back)We offer paid factory training.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and more.Gabrielli Truck Sales is an Equal Opportunity Employer
