Grieco Ford of Raynham is looking for top quality, experienced Diesel Technicians to join our busy team. nResponsibilities Include:
n• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
n• Communicating with Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
n• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, when authorized by the service advisor/customer.
n• Performing multi-point inspections and entering the appropriate recommendations into our electronic inspection form to ensure safety and reliability of the customer vehicles.
n• Electronically documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Example: cause, correction of service performed. Mileage driven after service and or repairs completed.
n•Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
nQualifications: • 1+ years’ experience as a Diesel Technicians
n• High School diploma or equivalent
n• Excellent communication skills
n• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
