Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Diesel Truck Mechanic / Towing specialist is responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy-duty, medium-duty, and light commercial vehicles, with daily towing duties as a core function. This role involves working independently while collaborating closely with towing operators and being part of a small, focused mechanic team.
Responsibilities
Perform brake system maintenance and repairs
Execute daily towing operations safely and efficiently
Conduct diagnostic testing to identify vehicle issues
Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability
Replace worn or faulty parts promptly
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in diesel truck maintenance
High School Diploma or equivalent
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Knowledge of brake systems and towing equipment operation
Proficient with diagnostic tools and problem-solving
