Job description
Euclid Beach Nursing & Rehab Center is actively seeking a Dietary Manager/Food Service Director to oversee the Dining Services department. You will plan, organize, and direct operations to ensure safe, sanitary handling of meals that meet nutritional standards and regulatory requirements within the facility.
The role requires supervisory experience, a CDM certification, and a background in culinary or nutritional programs, preferably with long-term care dietary experience.
