Job description
Highland Square Rehab & Nursing Center in Akron, OH is seeking a Dietary Manager / Food Service Director to oversee dining services, plan meals, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while keeping kitchens clean, safe and sanitary. You will supervise dietary staff, manage budgets and purchasing, schedule staff, and coordinate with administration.
