Job description
Goldwater Care in Pontiac, IL is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department and ensure meals and nutritional services meet all regulatory and resident needs. You will supervise food service staff, coordinate with the dietitian, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in daily operations.
The role requires CDM/CFPP certification, Illinois sanitation certification, and experience in healthcare or long-term care foodservice. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
