Job description
Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a qualified Dietary Manager to oversee the nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will supervise staff, ensure meals meet regulatory standards, and coordinate with the Registered Dietitian and administrator to provide nutritionally appropriate food for residents.
You will manage budgets, forecast needs, review menus, monitor food quality and safety, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
