Description:
Dietitian position with a focus on skilled nursing facilities.
The average daily census is 44, with 5 visits per day.
The facility has 57 beds.
Experience in long-term skilled care is essential.
Regular floating may be required between departments and units.
Candidates must have experience with geriatric populations.
Responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments and developing treatment plans.
Experience with enteral nutrition and total parenteral nutrition is preferred.
Candidates must be skilled in managing nutrient deficiencies and dietary guidelines.
Flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
Initial compliance documentation will be required before the start date.
Adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory.
Candidates should be prepared to complete necessary training prior to the start date.
