If you have experience supervising dietary staff in a nursing home and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily operations of the Dietary DepartmentLead, train, schedule, and support dietary aides, cooks, and food service staffEnsure meals are prepared and served according to physician-prescribed diets and resident preferencesMaintain compliance with Department of Health regulations, OSHA standards, and infection control policiesMonitor food quality, portion control, and meal presentationConduct kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are metAssist with menu planning and special dietary accommodations in collaboration with the Registered DietitianManage inventory, food ordering, and supply levelsComplete temperature logs, sanitation records, and department documentationWork closely with Nursing, Administration, and other departments to ensure excellent resident care
