Kendal at Lexington is hiring a Dietary Team Lead to guide culinary services for residents and mentor staff across the community. You will lead Dietary Aide teams and ensure top-notch dining experiences while upholding safety and sanitation standards.
As Culinary Manager on Duty, you’ll oversee front-of-house operations in multiple locations, train new staff on procedures including Cubigo, and address resident concerns with compassion, while promoting a collaborative work culture.
