Job description
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutritional assessment, counseling, and care planning for adult inpatients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers to optimize healing, manage comorbidities, and support functional gains. Responsibilities include nutrition screening, individualized care plans, documentation, patient and family education, and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings within a patient-centered, safety-focused culture.
