Job description
Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a full-time Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition care in a long-term care setting across two facilities. You will assess residents’ nutrition needs, interpret data, and adjust plans to deliver evidence-based nutrition support.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and New York State licensure in dietetics/nutrition. Candidates should have 1–3 years of direct care experience in long-term care.
