Bring your experience, your leadership, and your passion for big iron—let's build something incredible together.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or a related field is preferredMinimum of at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and project specificationsUnderstand different types of pipes, structures & road installationAble to shoot grade & set elevationsKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to dirt work operationsProficiency in operating and maintaining work equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loadersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license and reliable transportationCDL Class A or B is a plus, but not required
