Job description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in the Springfield area to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
You will assess banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and tailor solutions to each client’s goals while delivering a digital-first experience. You will open accounts, process requests, educate clients on online tools, and collaborate with branch colleagues to serve customers with accuracy and care.
