Digital Collections Representative - Downtown ChicagoMandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have multiple openings for our newly created department in our downtown Chicago office.This a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-OfficeInterested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.What You'll Do:Follow set procedures and steps to review accountsCommunicate with clients to resolve collections accountsRespond to client/customer or attorney inquiries via email
