This role works in a fast-paced production environment and plays a key part in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.Shift Schedule: 1st Shift (8 Hours)Rate of Pay: $21 - $25Operate and monitor digital production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.Inspect products throughout the production process and identify quality issues before shipment.Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and output as required.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve workflow challenges.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.Assist in other production-related duties as assigned.Production employees may work across multiple areas of the operation, including machine operation, material preparation, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and general production support.
