nThe Digital Design Intern will demonstrate technical skills in different design programs such as the Adobe suite illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, as other skills in Communication Skills, Visual Design, Photo & Editing, Video production. The roles will execute actions, related to the needs of a project, from planning to implementation.

nJob Description

nThe Digital Design Intern will support the transformation of the Madison plant through observation, identification of improvement opportunities, and implementation of design projects.

nnnAssist in developing digital assets for websites, mobile applications, social media, and marketing campaigns.

n

nnCreate graphics, illustrations, presentations, and visual content aligned with brand standards.

n

nnSupport UX/UI design activities including wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.

n

nnExecute usability testing for project owners, with users, capture data.

n

nnDevelop digital solutions in various formats, 2D/3D videos, digital trends such as motion graphics, develop videos and interactions with vectorization or frame by frame of videos, in addition to creating scripts and carrying out the video production methodology

n nLocation: Madison, WI - onsite

nRequired Qualifications

nnnCurrent enrollment at an accredited college or university (Bachelor's preferred), with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029, and returning to school following completion of the internship.

n

nnTarget majors include Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, or similar.

n

nnExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate design problems in clear and simple terms

n

nnStrong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams

n

nnTeam player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a diverse team

n

n nDesired Qualifications

nnnPrior intern or co-op experience in the digital design space

n

nnDemonstrated analytical ability

n

nnProven leadership skills and experience

n

nnStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

n

nnFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

n

nnExperience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

n

nnKnowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

n

nnUnderstanding of responsive web and mobile design concepts.

n

nnPortfolio showcasing design projects, coursework, or personal work.
