Job Title: Digital Engineer Consultant
We are seeking a Digital Engineer Consultant to lead and support digital engineering delivery across resources-based projects including oil & gas, mining, and industrial sectors.
This role combines technical execution , client relationship management , and strategic innovation to drive high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments and brings a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver digital projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring quality and standards compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Lead digital teams in developing workflows, engineering plans, and optimizing delivery processes.
Support go-to-market strategies, business development, and R&D efforts.
Drive innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies and digital platforms.
Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in energy, mining, or industrial sectors or relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of digital engineering, data lifecycle, and project delivery methodologies.
Experience with digital twin platforms such as Aveva, Bentley, Samsung, and design tools like Revit and Maximo.
Familiarity with data interoperability, relational databases, and digital workflows.
Commercially aware, with experience in client engagement, proposals, and strategic scoping.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
