Job Description Job Description Digital Infrastructure Associate - Miami, FL / Chicago, IL Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Computing Practice.
Key Responsibilities Advise clients on digital infrastructure and cloud transactions
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, data center leases, development agreements, SLAs, loan documents, and JV/operating agreements
Support data center acquisitions, development projects, network transactions, and cable infrastructure matters
Work with data center operators, cloud providers, telecom companies, investors, and lenders
Take on increasing responsibility and leadership within the practice
Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant transactional experience
Experience with digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, or related transactions preferred
Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Strong academic credentials
Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction
