Responsibilities
Understanding social media Best Practices: To build a strong community online, you must skillfully manage and optimize social channels like (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
Developing Marketing Strategies: Create marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals across various channels including social media and email marketing.
Create Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including social media platforms and email, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze Campaigns: Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and assess against goals KPIs.
Staying updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Fluent English communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
