We\'re Hiring: Director of Growth & Marketing
Location: Miami, FL (Dadeland) On-site

Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Landing pages and conversion optimization
AI-driven marketing workflows
Lead nurturing sequences
Attribution and analytics
Marketing dashboards and KPI reporting
Agency and creative team management
Budget allocation based on ROI
Scaling successful campaigns across multiple locations
Required Experience
We\'re looking for someone with real experience, not just certifications.
You should have experience with:

Meta Pixel & Conversion API
CRM automations
Email & SMS marketing
Funnel building
Lead generation
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
