Massanutten Resort Digital Marketing SpecialistThe Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of Massanutten Resort's digital marketing efforts. This role assists with campaign builds, landing page creation, SEO monitoring, and performance reporting across Massanutten Resort, Wilderness Resort, Massanutten Vacations, and other subsidiaries of Great Eastern Resort Corporation. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy to ensure paid media, website performance, and analytics deliver measurable acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to stay current with digital marketing tools and trends.Required:2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or SEOHands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoringStrong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, and traffic/conversion reportingFamiliarity with website content management systems (CMS) and landing page testing toolsAbility to compile and present campaign performance data using Excel and PowerPointExperience working with Canva or other creative design tool to generate Ad content at scaleStrong organizational and project management skillsPreferred:Agency experienceHospitality, resort, or travel industry marketing experienceExperience with A/B testing and landing page optimizationKnowledge of CRM-integrated digital campaigns and email retargetingFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)Experience working with external vendors or digital agenciesBenefits:1.
