Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite)

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/year, based on experience

Role Overview

The Food Allergy Institute is seeking a Digital Media, Programmatic & PR Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and creative development of multi-channel patient awareness campaigns, while also providing foundational Public Relations (PR) support. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of digital media and OTT/CTV, a keen eye for creative production across digital and physical channels, and a strong capability in media communications and monitoring.

The Specialist's primary responsibilities are to assist in the setup and management of programmatic media buys, develop compelling creative assets for digital and physical platforms (including Out-of-Home), and assist with day-to-day PR activities to amplify the Institute's mission. If you are passionate about data-driven advertising, storytelling, and building creative, multi-channel solutions that make a meaningful, real-world impact, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Media Monitoring & Reporting: Track brand mentions, media coverage, and relevant industry news. Compile earned media coverage reports and share key PR insights with leadership and the broader marketing team.

Creative Development: Develop, format, and adapt creative assets tailored for programmatic channels (CTV, OTT, Online Video, Display) and physical/Out-of-Home (OOH) placements, including digital billboards, airport advertisements, transit ads, and DOOH screens.

Copywriting: Familiarity and comfort in writing copy to support creative builds, ads, and public relations initiatives.

Cross-Channel Alignment: Ensure messaging consistency across paid programmatic campaigns, physical media placements, and earned PR initiatives to maintain a unified brand voice.

Campaign Execution: Support the daily workflow of digital campaigns, including pixel implementation, campaign activation, quality assurance (QA), pacing management, and post-buy recaps.

Asset Management: Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure all digital, physical, and PR assets align with brand guidelines, technical platform specifications, and target audience messaging.

Planning Support: Assist in building campaign plans, gathering audience research, pulling inventory availability, and preparing material to support strategic initiatives, PR pitches, and marketing requests.

Proposal Contribution: Contribute to campaign proposal development across CTV, Online Video, Display, Audio, DOOH, and physical media channels.

Campaign Optimization: Execute programmatic buys and implement regular campaign optimizations across multiple platforms to keep campaigns tracking effectively toward engagement and growth KPIs.

Analytics & Measurement: Monitor paid campaign performance metrics alongside PR reach, compiling cross-channel data to highlight key trends, attribution, and actionable insights.

Deliverable Quality Control: Draft performance recaps, reports, and visual proof-of-performance assets for leadership, ensuring strict data accuracy and QA across both media and PR efforts.

Standards & Compliance: Follow established marketing workflows, project management best practices, and media/PR quality control protocols.
