Come take the next step in growing your career with us!We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Press Operations team as a Domino Digital Press Operator supporting our Green Bay facility. Every day we bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, creating a customer experience that is second to none, and enabling them to stand out over the competition. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!Shift Available: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am (training on 1st)Our full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and much more. Compensation is based on the skills and experiences brought to Smyth.Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include:Operate Domino digital print technologiesProvide color management support on every projectWork collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customersFocus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste managementHave the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customersThe ideal candidate must demonstrate:Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficientlyWillingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projectsCommunication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalitiesAbility to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customersCommunicate clearly and effectively with all Smyth team membersSkills & Experience:Required: High school educationPreferred: Certified OperatorPreferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasksA Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
