Job description
HealthStream is seeking a Digital Revenue Director to own and scale our digital growth engine. This individual contributor role focuses on cost-efficient lead acquisition and direct digital revenue across paid and organic channels, with KPI emphasis on CPA and program revenue.
The role reports to the VP, MissionCare, oversees full funnel optimization from traffic to revenue, and requires strategic execution with cross-functional partners in product and marketing.
