Job description
GCG is seeking a Digital Store Director to own the commercial performance of its digital storefront and drive revenue through merchandising, pricing, and customer insights. You will lead prioritization across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and IT, with a hands-on leadership style to scale ecommerce capabilities.
The role reports to the Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce and is based in Collegeville, PA with a hybrid work arrangement after an initial in-office training period.
