Job description
Join a dynamic digital transportation team in a remote role focused on supporting logistics operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across vendors and carriers. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced supply chain environment, analyzing data, and learning new systems.
Responsibilities
Support transportation operations within a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment
Work closely with vendors and carriers to help coordinate daily freight and transportation activities
Use SAP and other tools to manage work, review information, and support operational tasks
Analyze transportation-related data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to process improvement efforts and help implement best practices
Partner with internal teams to help ensure efficient and accurate transportation workflows
Take initiative and stay organized while managing priorities in a remote work setting
Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with vendors or carriers
Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
Background in transportation coordination or related operations
Familiarity with best practices in supply chain or logistics workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment
