Job description
LCB Senior Living is seeking a Director of Restaurant Operations at The Residence at Ferry Park, Rocky Hill, CT. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining services, plan and direct operations, and shape policies to deliver a high-quality dining program for residents.
The role requires culinary leadership, budgeting experience, and Serve Safe certification. Evening/weekend availability and 5–7 years in food service management are expected; a culinary degree is preferred.
