Now Hiring: Host/Hostess for Riverside Restaurant
Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere? We are seeking a skilled and personable hostess to join our team at Riverside!
Duties:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and genuine demeanor.
Manage table maps efficiently and ensure timely seating for guests.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a positive first impression.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and assist with any special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage waitlists during busy times and offer estimated wait times courteously.
More tasks as needed.
Standards:
Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and familiarity with the restaurant's menu. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
Requirements:
18 & older please.
