Job description
Harmony Senior Services seeks a Lead Server to courteously serve residents and guests, supervise server staff, and ensure smooth dining room operations at our Fredericksburg facility.
You will train staff, manage shifts, maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, and assist with menu orders and special events. A High School Diploma and Serv-Safe certification are required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
