Job description
Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead the dining department at our North Easton facility. This salaried role oversees daily operations, meal planning, and adherence to therapy diets, sanitation, and safety standards.
You will manage staff, ensure quality service, coordinate with dietary and medical teams, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining high nutrition and resident satisfaction across all dining services.
