Job description
Healthcare Services Group Inc. seeks a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility in Florida. You will ensure high food quality, safety, inventory control, and exceptional resident and client service while complying with regulations and HCSG policies.
The role requires an associate degree in food service management or higher, plus supervisory experience. Certification as CDM preferred; must obtain FPM within 14 days and FSM/LTC-FSM within 60 days.
