Job description
WeCare in Town of Herkimer, NY is seeking a Food Service Director to lead daily dietary operations in our skilled nursing setting. You will oversee staff, menu planning, therapeutic diets, and ensure high-quality meals and service for residents.
Responsibilities include supervision, training, compliance with CMS and sanitation standards, inventory, collaboration with Nursing and Administration, and survey readiness.
